In order for it to bring you the best results, it needs to be updated to meet the ever-changing needs of your market, and the online world.
At Design by Kiltz, we provide everything from weekly updates to, “I just don’t have the time, but it must be done – please help!” updates.
We Keep It Simple
Our maintenance package is billed hourly, in 15 minute increments. If you have a number of items each week, we’ll bulk them together to make it cost effective for you. Otherwise, maintenance is done within two business days of receiving the request. You’re not locked into any type of ongoing monthly maintenance fee. We never ask you to pay for something you don’t need.
Maintenance Packages
Maintenance Buckets – Purchase a block of time & get a discounted price. Available in 10, 20, or 30 hour blocks. Maintenance Buckets must be used within 1 year of purchase and cannot be applied to larger website refresh projects.
- 10 hours (get 1 hr free)
- 20 hours (get 2 hours free)
- 30 hours (get 3 hours free)
When you purchase a bucket, instead of an invoice when we do the work you’ve requested, we’ll update your Bucket Tracker with the detail of what we did, how long it took, and how much you have left in your bucket.
Regular Updates – We send summaries of work done, along with time spent, as we do the updates during the month. You get billed monthly for work done the previous month.
“Now & Then” Big Updates – We give you an estimate, you agree, we invoice for the project and the work gets done (deposit required in some cases).
ASAP maintenance is available – We’ll plug you into our next “breather”.
