Advanced Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a powerful tool to enable you to track not only your website performance, but your marketing efforts as well.
This class will focus on how to use the data collected, how to organize and understand reports, and fine tune what you have available to you through Google Analytics. The goal of this class is to be able to use reports available and set up goals and conversion points to better track web site conversions.
Prerequisite: You must have Google Analytics installs on your website and running for at least three (3) months PRIOR to class.

Effective Website User Testing
Do your customers interpret your website the same way you do? Can they find their way around your navigation? And most importantly, are they doing what YOU want them to do (i.e., purchasing, filling out a contact form, etc…)?
This class will cover the basics and teach you how to do simple usability testing. You will have the opportunity to run a user test on your website during class.
